This is a Simple Fix:
- Go to Settings
- Updates/Security
- View Update History
- Uninstall Update
- Enter in Search Bar (top right corner of that window). Type in KB4484119 and search. If you don't see the number, type in KB4484 and search. You will see a few KB#'S...just look forKB4484119 and uninstall. ( you may see 2 KB4484119once you uninstall one of them, the other should automatically get uninstalled. You will NEED to RESTART your Computer.
- Open GSE and the Ribbon Error will be resolved.
